AccorHotels and football
From 2014 to 2018, AccorHotels is strongly committed to the French Football Federation (FFF) and supports the French national teams, the Coupe de France and amateur football too!
With this in mind, AccorHotels.com, the Group’s booking portal, is a partner of the French National team, the French Youth team, the French Women’s team, the Coupe de France and amateur football.
All of our hotels strive to offer hotel services to supporters, with over 2 million members and 17,000 FFF member clubs, and special offers for sportspeople and their staff.
There are so many events, competitions, invitations to matches and training sessions at Clairefontaine, as well as special offers waiting for you to discover!
AccorHotels and tennis
AccorHotels is now present at some of the biggest tennis tournaments in France and abroad and in 2015 became the official hotel group of Roland-Garros – one of the most prestigious clay-court championships and the second of the four Grand Slams. Roland-Garros is also a two-week celebration of traditional French art de vivre. It is the perfect opportunity to sample the unbeatable service provided by the Group’s hotels!
As well as a private space for welcoming the Group’s guests in the Partners Village and the spectator boxes on the legendary courts, AccorHotels also hosts its guests and players in the three Conciergeries by Sofitel, its luxury brand.
But that is not all: AccorHotels is also a partner of the BNP Paribas Masters (Masters 1000, ATP World Tour, WTA Championship). For the duration of the tournament, the Group organises a range of initiatives, including the extremely innovative players bench on centre court and the Feel Welcome special moment which attracted the attention of the number 1 himself – Stanislas Wawrinka!
Finally, AccorHotels is now present at Australia’s biggest sporting event by becoming the Official Provider for the Australian Open for a period of three years. Every year, this event attracts almost 700,000 visitors. This is another chance to offer fans and players a truly 5-star service.
AccorHotels and golf
As a proud bastion of French art de vivre, we share common values with golf: passion and precision, a spirit of togetherness and the quest for perfection! Official Provider of the Evian Masters since 2007, the Group remains a loyal partner of this competition which in 2013 entered the very select group of women’s international golf major tournaments.
Located in an idyllic spot between sea and mountains, AccorHotels is also a partner of the Evian Championship, which welcomes around 45,000 visitors every year, as well as 120 of the world’s best golfers.

Novotel and golf
Associated since 1999 with the Novotel Perrier Open de France, which became the Alstom Open de France, the brand is now an official partner of this major tournament organised in France, at the national golf centre in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, bringing together the best players on the European and world professional circuit.
For the first time, during the 2015 tournament held between 2 and 5 July, Novotel invited all the members of the French Golf Federation to take on the “Hole-in-one” challenge at the tournament Village. The prize? A week-end for two with breakfast at a Novotel hotel.
Finally, the brand has also been an Official Provider of the French Golf Federation since 2007 and has extended its commitment until 2018. Novotel is therefore the official brand of the French teams, their staff, and the Federation’s golf tournaments.
The ibis family and the Tour de France
Official partner of the Tour de France since 2006 with the Group’s eminently affordable brand ibis budget, AccorHotels is continuing its commitment with all the brands of the Ibis family: ibis, ibis Styles and ibis budget.
The Ibis family has now become the official provider of the great race until 2018 and continues to make history with this sustainable collaboration, highlighting its commitment to the values it shares with the Tour de France: conviviality, family and local values.
The Ibis family also has large network of 869 venues around France (1,929 around the world) for an immense competition involving the riders and 12 million spectators that the Tour de France brings together every year... But it is also a perfect opportunity to get the message across about the special offers and great prices available with the three brands on www.ibis.com!
Paris 2024, Games for an entire nation!
Hospitality, boldness, pushing your limits, diversity… These are the values upheld by the candidate city of Paris for the Olympic and Paralympic Games 2024. These four ideas are also very dear to our Group, which last May took the decision to become the Official Partner of the Paris Bid.
For AccorHotels, supporting Paris 2024 seemed like an obvious choice, especially with its network of 600 hotels in Paris and the surrounding area ready to host sports fans from around the world as well as the Olympic family. But that is not all: the measures put in place to support this bid also offer the opportunity to move the company in a more responsible direction, conscious of its environmental footprint and involving young people, so that it can have a positive impact on the lifestyles and perceptions of people all around the country.
