The Pullman Wellness experience

First thing in the morning, treat yourself to the Active Breakfast suggested by Sarah: a delicious mixture of seasonal foods as well as dairy-free, sugar-free and gluten-free options.

Replete? Head to the SPA where the Dawn Treatment will gently waken you. Then repeat the experience midday to feel regenerated and again in the evening to relax. You’ll no longer be able to do without it. Once you’re fully awake, slip on a pair of leggings to follow a 7-minute yoga or fitness session with the coach’s videos, available on YouTube.

For a perfect end to the day, there’s a guide with suggested stretches and exercises for you to release any tension that’s built up, if there’s any remaining. A restorative sleep is guaranteed!
