To foster dialogue with students and potential candidates, we hold get-togethers at our Paris head office, the Students@AccorHotels Meet-ups, to discuss strategic subjects in the hotel industry. Our Group's experts make themselves available, providing a unique opportunity to ask them questions and talk to our ambassador employees in a relaxed setting. To cap it all, participants can learn about our innovative work spaces on a guided tour around Sequana Tower in Issy-les-Moulineaux.

School of Excellence
Our 12-month international career accelerator programme aimed at young graduates from partner hotel schools, the School of Excellence, aims to support, train and intensively prepare the new generation of operational managers in the Luxury and Upscale segment : Sofitel, MGallery by Sofitel et Pullman. After spending two months in a hotel's different departments, young talents get to choose their field of specialisation: Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Marketing or Revenue Management.
This demanding and personalised programme is a unique opportunity to take your career to the next level: chosen candidates receive advice both from their mentor at the hotel and their sponsor at AccorHotels head office. After successful completion of the program, you will see guaranteed position of supervisor (or above) in one hotel of the Sofitel, MGallery by Sofitel, Pullman network.

New Gen Leaders Asia
In response to the growth of our Asian market, we've developed a career accelerator programme specifically dedicated to young talents in Asia who have graduated from hotel schools or management institutions. This 12-month programme, which is personalised to each individual's profile and ambitions, aims to develop the next generation of AccorHotels operational managers in Asia. During two 6-month internships in a hotel's key departments, young talents receive training while working on strategic projects and rapidly develop their skills thanks to the support of an accredited mentor.
