2016 has been a new record breaking year with both organic growth and M&A activities (Huazhu, Raffles, Fairmont, Swissôtel, 25hours etc.).

AccorHotels opens 1 hotel every 36 hours 

Geographically speaking, our development strategy consists of a 2-prong approach for all brand segments, from ultimate luxury to economy:

— global presence – in all source countries and gateway cities of all regions around the world: Europe, Americas and Asia- Pacific

— continued expansion – in emerging markets, particularly in China, Brazil, India, South-East Asia and the Middle East, as well as Sub-Saharan Africa, Iran and Cuba.

We are taking a more selective approach to development going forward, based on luxury, residential, lifestyle and resorts.
