- Compare their eco-responsible behaviors when they are at home and when they stay in a hotel
- Measure guests' awareness and preferences in terms of the various responsible actions that have been planned
Study Hotel guest expectations regarding sustainable development (2011)
We deeply believe that understanding the vision of our guests, identifying what they are ready to do, what cause could rally them, which attitudes they are ready to change, will help the entire sector and do more in favour of men and the planet.
That is the reason why we published in 2011 the first international tracking study on hotel guest expectations regarding sustainable development.
